Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad on Sunday issued a legislative decree which stipulates for exempting subscribers to electrical power for agriculture purposes from all interests, fines, and other fees.

The decree covers subscribers to electricity lines of 20 kV and less with dues for 2019 and before if they pay the bills within one year.
