Prague, SANA The Czech Radio has affirmed that the establishment of Israeli settlements in the occupied Syrian Golan constitutes an illegitimate act and a clear violation of the international law.
In a report broadcast on Tuesday, the radio stressed that the majority of the world’s countries consider this action as a violation of the international law and an illegitimate act, because it takes place on occupied Syrian territories, noting that the stance of the Czech Republic in this regard is completely consistent with these countries’ stances.
The radio also indicated that Israel is also occupying the West Bank since June 1967, and it establishes settlements in it which are illegitimate according to the international law.
