Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad on Thursday issued decree No. 72 for 2018 naming Abdul Majeed al-Kawakibi as Governor of Deir Ezzor province, and ending the appointment of Mohammad Ibrahim Samra as Deir Ezzor Governor.

President al-Assad also issued  decree No. 73 for 2018 naming Humam Sadeq Debyyat as Governor of Qunaitera and ending the appointment of Ahmad Sheikh Abdul-Qader as Qunaitera Governor
