Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will rise to become slightly above average as the country is affected by a high air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, warning against frost at night at the mountains and fog in some inland areas.
The wind will be westerly to southerly with a moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 16/7, Daraa 17/7, Homs 16/7, Lattakia 18/11, Aleppo 14/6, and Deir Ezzor 17/8.
