Damascus, SANA – The Cabinet on Sunday offered condolences to the Iranian government and people over the passengers’ plane crash in Isfahan province.

The Cabinet expressed sympathy with the bereaved families of the victims.

Earlier on Sunday, all 66 people on board an Iranian passenger plane were killed after it crashed in Semirom area in Isfahan Province.

People’s Assembly condoles over the plane crash 

Meanwhile, People’s Assembly expressed deep condolences to the Islamic Republic of Iran, as people and government, for the painful accident of the airplane crash.

The Speaker, Hammouda Sabbagh, in a cable sent to Speaker of the Iranian Shura council Ali Larijani, expressed full solidarity with  families of the victims.
