Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will continue to rise to become from 5 to 8 degrees above average as the country is affected by Indian seasonal low pressure that will be accompanied by a subtropical high air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the weather will be hot and the skies will be clear in general while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badyia “desert” areas.
The wind will be changeable to northwesterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 40/23, Daraa 40/24, Homs 38/22, Lattakia 32/23, Aleppo 40/21 and Deir Ezzor 43/26.
