Riyadh, Feb. 9 (SANA) A Syrian Ministry of Defense delegation headed by Air Forces and Air Defense Commander Brig. Gen.Asem Hawari attended on Monday the World Defense Show 2026, held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In a statement on Telegram, the Ministry of Defense said the delegation held meetings with military bodies and specialized defense companies, reviewed the latest defense systems and technologies, and discussed prospects for cooperation and the exchange of expertise across various military fields.
World Defense Show 2026 in its third edition, has become a key global platform for defense professionals, bringing together industry leaders, military officials, and government representatives to explore advancements across the air, land, sea, space, and security domains. The event facilitates collaboration, business development, and discussions on the future of defense integration.
