Damascus Countryside, SANA- Syrian Ministry of Agriculture, along with the Unions of Agricultural Chambers and Farmers, has finalized preparations for its pavilions at the 62nd Damascus International Fair, set to open at Exhibition City in the countryside of Damascus.
The ministry’s pavilion will showcase Syrian agricultural products, development projects, and artisanal goods, while 17 entities from agricultural unions will participate in a 500-square-meter space.
Officials emphasized that the fair marks Syria’s re-emergence on the global stage, providing a platform for foreign companies to enter the Syrian market.
The event will feature 800 companies, including 40 foreign and 70 Arab firms, with the official opening on August 27 for diplomats and exhibitors, followed by public access from August 28.
