Syrian military football team beats Poland counterpart, qualifies for quarter-finals

Muscat, SANA-Syria’s military football team qualified for the quarter-finals of the World Military Cup being held in Oman after beating Poland counterpart 1-0 to top the fourth group with 6 points.

Mohammad Hamidco scored for the Syrian team at the 13^th minute of the match.

In another match Egypt beat Canada 4-0 to come second in the same group.

The Syrian team will meet Egypt on Saturday.
