31,000 Captagon tablets seized in Talkalakh, western Homs

Homs, SANA – The authorities seized 31,000 Captagon tablets hidden inside a car in Talkalakh area in the western countryside of Homs province.
SANA reporter said the authorities concerned in Homs set up an ambush for the car, that carried industrial equipment in Talkalakg area.

The car was searched and 31,000 Captagon tables were found hidden between the equipment, the reporter added, noting that the driver was arrested.

On November 16, the authorities seized a truck loaded with more than two tons of hashish meant to be smuggled in al-Qseir area in the southwestern countryside of Homs.
