Relief aid provided by WFP arrives to Hasaka via the air lift

Hasaka, SANA- A new batch of relief aid provided by the World Food Program (WFP) arrived on Sunday to Qamishli International Airport via the air lift that carries aid from Damascus International Airport.

Head of WFP office in Qamishli Afraa Nouh told SANA reporter that the aid includes 4695 blankets, 60 cartoons of kids’ supplies, a number of tents for the UN High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR), 500 pieces of cleaning materials and 2060 water storage containers for the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

Sending relief materials to Hasaka province through the air lift started on July 9th.
