Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will rise to become around or slightly above average as the country is still being affected by a southeastern superficial low air pressure accompanied by northwesterly air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Saturday bulletin that the skies are clear in general and misty in the eastern and al-Badia (desert) areas.
The winds are western to northwesterly of low and moderate speed, while the sea waves are of low amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 31/15, Daraa 28/14, Homs 31/13, Lattakia 32/20, Aleppo 31/16 and Deir Ezzor 33/19.
