New batch of humanitarian aid provided by the WFP arrives in Qamishli

Hasaka, SANA- A new batch of humanitarian food aid provided by the World Food Program (WFP) arrived in Qamishli International Airport in Hasaka province on Saturday through the air lift that carries aid from Damascus International Airport.

Director of the WFP bureau in Qamishli Afraa Nouh told SANA reporter that the aid includes 820 food packages, 820 bags of rice, 850 bags of bulgur, and 328 packages of vegetable oil, asserting the continuation of sending the humanitarian aid until September 15.

The amount of the humanitarian aid which have been arrived in Hasaka province through the air lift from July 9th to the end of the past week reached 2435 tons.
