Damascus, SANA – The Cabinet on Monday launched on its website the service of “Forum of Citizen” with the aim of achieving a direct contact between citizens and the government.
A statement issued by the government, SANA got a copy of, said that the service aims at increasing interaction with citizens, facilitating contact with them and receiving their problems and suggestions as to be sent directly to the Cabinet for handling them and taking the suitable measures in response.
“Forum of Citizen” service can be accessed to through the official link of the Cabinet, as complains or suggestions could be submitted after filling entries of the full name, the national ID number, the telephone number and the personal e-mail.
