Astana, SANA – Syrian rhythmic gymnast Laila Darwish ranked third in International Kazakhstan Championship held in the city of Almaty in Kazakhstan with the participation of prominent gymnasts from Asia.
In a statement to SANA, Executive Director of Gymnastics Union Abdelrazzaq al-Ali said that gymnasts from Uzbekistan, Russia, the DPRK, Kyrgyzstan, Syria, and Kazakhstan participated in the championship, adding that Darwish ranked third and won a bronze medal despite the high competitiveness of the Championship.
