Terrorists target Mhardeh power plant in Hama countryside with rocket shells

Hama, SANA-Terrorists targeted on Friday Mhardeh power plant in Hama northern countryside with a number of rocket shells, injuring a number of the plant’s workers and inflicting material damage on the fuel tanks.

In a statement to SANA, a source at Hama Police Command said that 6 rocket shells fired by terrorist groups located in al-Latamina town hit Mhardeh power plant, injuring a number of workers and causing material damage to the plant.

The source added that one of the shells hit the main fuel tank in the plant, causing fire to erupt in it which the firefighting teams are working on extinguishing.
