Damascus, SANA – The Palestinian factions and the residents of Jarmana Camp in Damascus on Tuesday held a candlelight vigil in support of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and in Palestine as a whole, condemning the gruesome crimes of the Zionist occupation there.
The Gaza Strip is exposed to a bloody massacre committed by the Israeli occupation forces as hundreds of the Palestinians have been martyred and thousands wounded while a huge number of the houses have been demolished.
The participants in the event waved the Palestinian and Syrian flags, and banners in solidarity with the Palestinian people in Gaza, chanting slogans in support of their steadfastness and in denunciation of the brutal Israeli aggression against Gaza.
Secretary of the Palestinian People Party Hassan al-Sa’bi expressed condemnation of the tragic situation in Gaza while the world stands silent towards the barbarian crimes of the Zionist entity against the Palestinians.
He affirmed that the Palestinian people all over the world support the resistance with all of its factions in the face of the brutal Zionist war.
In a press statement, the Palestinian factions in Jaramana Camp stressed that the Palestinian people are confronting this brutal aggression, and they are determined to foil it.
