Techno Build 2016 expo concludes activities… Assertion on participation in reconstruction process

Damascus, SANA – The Techno Build 2016 expo for building technologies wrapped up its activities with a high turnout of those interested in building and reconstruction.

The three-day Expo constituted a platform for companies to show their readiness to take part in the reconstruction process and display their products, services and the modern technologies they are using in construction, reflecting the importance that the process should be achieved by the Syrians and through depending on establishing strategic multiple economic partnerships with friendly countries.

SANA made interviews with many representatives of public and privately owned national companies and establishments participating in the Expo including Cable Systems Company (ABF), al-Mateen Company for producing polyethylene pipes, SAMA Company for Engineering Services, Atfa Establishment for silica and industrial sand products, Military Housing Establishment, Damas Stone Company for producing heat-insulating stone, LG Company, General Company for Technical Studies & Consultancies, Syrian Council of metals and steel and International Company for Steel Rolling.

The representatives stressed the role of the Expo in providing a good opportunity for the national companies, which have endured all manifestations of difficulties throughout the years of war, to take a chance in the reconstruction process.

The Techno Build 2016 expo for building technologies opened at the Damascus-based Dama Rose Hotel on Monday, with the participation of 45 Syrian and Arab companies working in the fields of building, construction, real-estate development, and related services.

The expo is organized by the Syrian International Marketing Association (SIMA) in cooperation with the Public Works Ministry, the Syrian Chambers of Commerce Federation, and the Syrian Council for Metals and Steel.
