Russia: 14 breaches of cessation of hostilities during past 24 hours

Moscow, SANA – The Russian Defense Ministry said on Monday that 14 breaches of the cessation of hostilities agreement were monitored during the past 24 hours, raising the total number of breaches since the agreement’s implementation on February 27th to 180.

A statement prepared by the Russian Coordination Center and issued by the Ministry said 5 breaches took place in Lattakia, 5 in Daraa, 2 in Aleppo, 1 in Damascus, and 1 in Hama.

The Ministry also said the Coordination Center in Hmeimmem airbase has contacted the US coordination center in Amman, Jordan via phone, with the Russian side voicing concern over the breaches that took place in the surroundings of Kafr Nabboudeh village in Hama province by groups classified by the US side as being among the sides that are committed to the cessation of hostilities.
