Damascus, SANA – The temperatures will remain above average between 5 to 7 degrees as the country is affected by a low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin the weather to remain warm, clear to partly cloudy in general and be misty over the southern, eastern and al -Badiya areas.
The wind will be southeasterly of light to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
On Friday, the Meteorology Department expected the temperatures to drop and weather to remain clear to partly cloudy with rain showers expected over the northeastern area (al-Jazeera), while on Saturday the weather to become hot and
temperatures to rise to become between 6 to 9 degrees above average.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus
24/11,Qouneitra 24/09, Daraa 27/12, Homs 24/09, Hama 25/09, Hasaka 23/09, Lattakia 26/17, Aleppo 24/09, Tartous 23/15 and Deir Ezzor 29/12.
