The army establishes control over more areas, kills terrorists in different provinces

Provinces, SANA- The terrorist organizations are losing more areas and many of their members, including 24 terrorists in Hama, Idleb and more of their equipment as the army operations against their positions continue.

Damascus Countryside

Units of the Army and armed forces, in cooperation with popular defense groups, established control over the area separating Daraya city from al-Moadamiya town in Damascus countryside province, a military source told SANA

Hama and Idleb  

Meanwhile, 24 terrorists from the so-called “Fursan al-Haq” and “Tajamu’a al-Ezza” were killed in special operations carried out by the army and the armed forces in Kafrouma and al-Zakat in the countryside of Idleb and Hama, a according to a military source

Daraa

In the southern province of Daraa, units of the army and armed forces destroyed a rocket launcher and a mortar launcher belonging to the terrorist organizations in the surrounding of Tal al-Khidir and Saida town in the countryside of the southern province.

A unit of the army carried out accurate operations against terrorists behind Tloul Khelif near Um Walad which bordering al-Sweida countryside, inflicting them heavy losses.

Another army unit eliminated gatherings of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Tafas in Daraa north-western countryside.

Aleppo 

Units of the army and armed forces inflicted heavy losses upon ISIS and Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organizations during a series of concentrated operations that were carried out against their dens and gatherings during the past hours.

Army units destroyed positions of ISIS terrorists as well as vehicles equipped with machine guns in al-Teibeh and Jub al-Safa villages in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, noting that this operation coincided with inflicting heavy losses in personnel and munitions in Manbej city 80 kilometers to the north east of Aleppo.

Meanwhile, ISIS terrorist organization published on their websites names of the dead among their ranks.

In the northern countryside of Aleppo,  an army unit launched concentrated strikes against gatherings of terrorists during which most of them fell dead or injured in Souran village near Azaz which is one of the supply routes of the terrorist organizations through the Turkish borders.

Terrorist organizations acknowledged on their social media pages that scores of their members were killed including the so-called a military leader of Ahrar al-Sham movement.

Another army unit destroyed arms and munitions for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists and other terrorist organizations affiliated to them during strikes against their dens in al-Ameriyeh village on the south eastern outskirts of Aleppo.

Gatherings of terrorist organizations were eliminated during the continued operations by the army against their hotbeds in al-Sukari, karm al-Qaterji, al-Mashhad, karm al-Jazmati and Salah- Eddin neighborhoods in Aleppo city.

Deir Ezzor

Popular resistance in the eastern area killed 11 terrorists from ISIS terrorist organization in al-Mouhasan city in Deir Ezzor countryside.

Local sources said that members of the popular resistance in the eastern area clashed with ISIS terrorists in al-Muhasan city, 20 kilometers to the east of Deir Ezzor city and killed 11 terrorists of them, including Khalaf al-Hammad, a leader in the Takfiri organization along with other terrorists.

Media outlets of terrorist organizations affirmed that six leaders including a senior leader in ISIS nicknamed Mahmoud al-Matar, were killed when their vehicle was destroyed in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.

 Lattakia

A military source told SANA that army units, in cooperation with popular defense groups, restored security and stability to al-Aaliya village and the surrounding hills in Lattakia’s northern countryside, after destroying the last remaining hideouts of terrorist organizations in the village and inflicting heavy losses upon them, while the remaining terrorists fled towards the Syrian-Turkish borders.

The army’s engineering units dismantled explosive devices left behind by the vanquished terrorists.
