Damascus, SANA Temperatures will slightly drop, yet remain above average as the country is still being influenced by a low air pressure accompanied by air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department said in its Monday bulletin that the skies are between clear to partly cloudy in general, the winds are northwestern with a light and moderate speed, while the sea waves will be of low amplitude.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 33/16, Aleppo 33/18, Homs 31/17, Hama 33/17, Lattakia 30/22 and Deir Ezzor 35/23.
On Tuesday, temperatures will gradually drop, yet remain above average by 2 to 3 degrees; the skies are partly cloudy to cloudy, rain showers are expected above various areas across the country.
