Damascus, SANA Temperatures will rise to become above average by 4 to 6 degrees as the country is still under a low air pressure system accompanied by western air in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies are clear to partly cloudy in general, rain showers are expected over various areas in the country. The winds will be of light speed and the sea waves will be of low amplitude.
Expected temperatures in some Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 34/17, Aleppo 32/17, Homs 32/17, Tartous 32/22 and Deir Ezzor 34/19.
The amounts of rainfall over the coastal region reached in Buqa: 48mm, al-Mzairaa: 22mm and in al-Hefa and al-Bahloliyeh :8mm.
On Friday, temperatures will rise to become above average by 4 to 6 degrees, rain showers are expected over the coastal and the northern region.
