Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will remain from 4 to 6 degrees higher than average as the country is being affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the weather will remain relatively hot and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and rain showers accompanied by thunder are expected in different areas across the country.
The wind will be northwesterly with a light to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will remain from 4 to 7 degrees above average and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the weather will be misty over the eastern, al-Badiya “desert” and al-Jazeera areas.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 37/23, Aleppo 36/23, Homs 35/21, Lattakia 31/24 and Hama 38/23.
