Provinces, SANA- The army continued chasing the terrorist organizations across the country, leaving scores of their members killed and injured and their weapons and dens destroyed in different provinces.
Al-Zabadani, Damascus countryside
Army units clashed with a terrorist group which tried to infiltrate to some military checkpoints in Adra area and Tal Kurdi to the northeast of Douma city in Damascus Countryside.
The clashes resulted in the death of many terrorists, injuring many others and seizing their weapons and ammunition.
Field sources denied news broadcast by hostile channels about terrorists controlling Harasta hospital and Tal Kurdi farms.
In al-Zabadani city in Damascus Countryside, army units, in cooperation with the Lebanese resistance, established control over a number of building blocks.
A military source said that the army and the Lebanese resistance established control over building blocks the area between al-Nabu’a and al-Aara neighborhoods, eliminating many terrorists and injuring others in the process.
The source added that the army and the resistance also repelled an attack by terrorists in the direction of Qasr Mozeh and Qasr Karm al-Alali in the mountains east of al-Zabadani, leaving most of the attacking terrorists dead or injured and destroying their weapons and munitions following their desperate attempt to break through the security perimeter established around the remaining terrorists in the city.
Quneitra
Army units killed and injured a number of terrorists and destroyed many of their hideouts in direct strikes targeting their gatherings in Jabata al-Khashab village in the countryside of Quneitra province, a military source told SANA on Friday.
Other army units carried out special operations on the terrorists’ dens and movements in the villages of al-Hamidiya, Ufania and Rasm Shreidi Farm in the countryside of Quneitra province.
The army’s strikes resulted in killing and wounding a number of terrorists and destroying their supply lines coming from the occupied territories.
Daraa
Army kills 7 self- claimed terrorist leaders
An army unit destroyed a hideout for the terrorists’ self-claimed leaders in the northwestern neighborhood of Busra al-Sham city, 40 km southeast of Daraa city.
Seven self-claimed terrorist leaders were killed, and others were injured including the terrorist Anas al-Amad in the army operation, the source confirmed.
Another army unit killed and injured a number of terrorists and destroyed a vehicle and a bulldozer for them, north of Ataman town, 5 km to the north of Daraa city.
Aleppo
Army units carried out precise operations targeting terrorists’ hideouts and hotbeds in the neighborhoods of al-Rashideen, al-Lairamon, Bani Zaid, and al-Zahraa in Aleppo city and in al-Sheikh Saeed in the city’s southern outskirts, inflicting heavy losses on terrorists.
A military source told SANA that army operations also targeted hideouts and concentrations of terrorists in Aleppo’s eastern countryside, killing and injuring a number of terrorists in the area surrounding the Air Force Academy and al-Ta’aneh hill.
Other units carried out operations against terrorists’ hideouts in Kafr Hamra, Akhtarin, and Hardtin in Aleppo’s northern and northwestern countryside and in al-Atareb and Aroum al-Soghra in the southwestern and western countryside, killing and injuring a number of terrorists and destroying their arms and munitions.
Homs
A unit of the Army and Armed Forces destroyed hotbeds and concentrations of ISIS terrorists in the city of Tadmur (Palmyra) 158km east of Homs city, eliminating a number of terrorists and destroying their weapons and equipment, a military source said.
The source added that another army unit, in cooperation with popular defense groups, eliminated many terrorists in Ein al-Dananir and al-Mshairfeh in the eastern countryside of Homs province.
Other army unit repelled an attempted attack by ISIS terrorists coming from the direction of Rahoum and Unq al-Hawa towards Maksar al-Hosan and Jub al-Jarrah in the eastern countryside, leaving many terrorists dead, injuring others, and destroying their weapons and ammo.
In al-Houla area 27km northwest of Homs city, an army unit eliminated a number of terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra and destroyed their weapons and munitions in Kafr Laha.
Lattakia
An army unit killed 16 terrorists, most of them of foreign nationalities, in an operation where their den was destroyed at al-Kabir village in the northern countryside of Lattakia province.
Among the killed terrorists were Libyan Moumar Quyan, Saudi Nasser al-Abdullah, the two turkish Ghanem Anamo and Samer Qaraneeq.
