Damascus, SANA – Interior Minister Gen. Mohammad al-Shaar affirmed that the systematic sabotage done by armed terrorist organizations which are backed by foreign and regional countries serves the interests of Israel.
During a meeting with security commanders on Monday, al-Shaar said that the internal security forces have a proven record of steadfastness, side by side with the Syrian army, in the battle against terrorism.
The minister pointed out that the Syrian people, army and security forces will continuously combat terrorism till restoring stability and security to all Syrian lands.
Al-Shaar urged the officers to enhance their national belongingness and do their utmost to protect the lives of citizens and public and private properties.
