Damascus, SANA The Central Bank of Syria (CBS) on Monday set the exchange rate of the USD against the SYP at 299.36 for banks and SYP 299.49 for currency exchange companies.
The USD exchange rate for transfers was set at SYP 298.
The CBS also set the exchange rate of the Euro against the SYP at 334.91 for banks and SYP 335.05 for currency exchange companies and SYP 335.35 for transfers.
On Sunday, the USD exchange rate was SYP 296.12 for banks and SYP 296.27 for currency exchange companies.
