Syrian National Dialogue Forum: China’s stances towards Syria firm

Damascus, SANA – Delegation of the Syrian National Dialogue Forum said after concluding a visit to China that Beijing stances concerning Syria are firm.

At a press release held on Sunday, members of the delegation said they met with a number of Chinese officials and academic figures and discussed the terrorist war on Syria and the ongoing national reconciliation processes.

They also said China is seeking a political solution based on the will of the Syrians, adding that Beijing also expressed readiness to take part in the reconstruction efforts.

The delegation was on a week- long visit to Beijing at the invitation of the Diplomatic Affairs Society in China, it comprised a number of MPs and heads of political parties, including Faysal Azzouz, Hussein al-Ragheb and Mohammad Kheir al-Nader in addition to Secretary General of the National Youth Party for Justice and Development Barween Ibrahim, Secretary General of “The People” Party Nawwaf Trad al-Milem and Member of the Executive Bureau of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party Tarek al-Ahmad.
