Provinces, SANA- The army and armed forces supported and aided by the Air force and the Lebanese Resistance, established control over areas, repelled terrorists’s infiltration attempts, killed and injured terrorists in others.
Al-Zabadani, Damascus Countryside
Members of the army and the Lebanese Resistance advanced further into al-Zabadani city, establishing control over more building blocks, according to a military source.
The new blocks that have come in the hands of the army and the Resistance are in the western part of al-Zabadani city, which is located 45 km to the north-west of Damascus.
This progress, the source explained, was a result of intensive operations carried out against dens and gatherings of terrorists linked to Jabhat al-Nusra and the so-called “Ahrar al-Sham Movement” in the area. Many of those were killed and their arms and ammunition were destroyed.
At least 15 terrorists from” Al-Islam Army” terrorist organization were killed and 10 others were injured in strikes carried out by an army unit on terrorists’ hideout to the east of Zamalka town in the orchards bordering Erbin town in Damascus Countryside.
An army unit targeted terrorists’ movements at the southern entrance of Douma town which leads to Misraba village, and destroying three pickup trucks and killing five terrorists.
In the depth of the Eastern Ghouta, the army destroyed an ammunition depot and a pickup truck for “Al-Islam Army” terrorist organization and killed three of its members.
Meanwhile, 4 more terrorists were killed and their arms and ammunition were destroyed in the farms of Deir al-Asafir village on the southern side of the Eastern Ghouta.
The army also destroyed a tunnel in al-Zahra’a neighborhood in Harasta city and killed many terrorists.
Daraa
In the southern Daraa province, units of the army carried out intensive bombardments against dens of Jabhat al-Nusra and other Takfiri organizations in Daraa al-Mahata, destroying a den of terrorists as all terrorists inside it were killed, in addition to destroying a number of their vehicles and killing and injuring scores of them.
The source added that an army unit also killed a number of terrorists and destroyed their arms and ammunition in Ma’araba town, 32 km to the east of Daraa city.
More terrorists were killed in Busra al-Sham city, while other army units killed a number of terrorists in a concentrated operation against their gatherings and movements to the west of Atman town.
Sweida
In the neighbouring province of Sweida, an army unit repelled an armed terrorist group’s attempt to infiltrate into Tal al-Sheikh Hussein to the south of al-Tha’ala Airport in the northern countryside of the southern province of Sweida.
The army units bombarded the Takfiri terrorist organizations; hideouts and movements at the surroundings of Tal al-Sheikh Hussein, killing and injuring a number of their members and destroying their weapons and ammunition.
Homs
In the countryside of the central province of Homs, units of the army and armed forces inflicted heavy losses upon ISIS terrorist organization in arms and personnel through carrying out concentrated bombardments against their dens and positions in Palmyra city and its countryside.
A military source in the area told SANA that units of the army and armed forces destroyed a mortar launcher belonging to the ISIS terrorists, killing all terrorists who had been using it in the village of al-Tamathil in Palmyra city.
The source stressed that heavy losses were inflicted upon ISIS terrorists in arms and personnel in intensive strikes against their hotbeds and dens in Muthalath Tadmur area in the eastern countryside of the central Homs province.
Hama
Army units killed a number of terrorists in Kfar Zeita, to the east of Morek and al-Madeeq Citadel in the countryside of Hama province.
Lattakia
The army units, aided with the army air force, destroyed a rockets’ depot and a car equipped with heavy machinegun for the terrorist organizations with all terrorists on board in Marj Khoukha village in the northern countryside of the coastal province of Lattakia.
A military source told SANA Tuesday that 7 terrorists were killed, 15 others were injured most of them are non-Syrians, among them Abu Osman al-Tajiki, self-claimed leader of one of the armed terrorist groups and Ma’moun al-Hatar, nicknamed Abu Mohammed al-Muhajer, from Lebanon.
Idleb
A military source told SANA that the Army’s Air Force destroyed terrorists’ dens in the area surrounding Abu Al-Duhour, Mareyan, Kansafra, Elin, Jazaf, al-Tamanaa, al-Hbeit and Skeik in the countryside of Idleb province.
