Al-Rahi renews his call for stopping the terrorist war on Syria and the region’s countries  

Beirut, SANA- Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Mar Bechara Boutros al-Rahi on Monday renewed his call for stopping the terrorist war on Syria and other countries in the region.

 “We pray for ending the wars in Syria, Iraq and Yemen through diplomatic methods and establishing peace in Palestine, the holy lands and the rest of the middle East countries,”al- Rahi said during opening the activities of the Maronite Patriarchal Synod at the patriarchal edifice in Bkirki in Lebanon.

 The Maronite Patriarchal Synod started earlier on Monday and is scheduled to continue until Thursday.
