Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva, Alexey Borodavkin, said Monday that Moscow is ready to resume the Syrian-Syrian negotiations in Moscow along with the procedures taken by the UN to solve the crisis in Syria.
