Syrian researcher wins 2nd rank in the Arab League Award for Law and Judiciary 

Nouakchott, SANA-Syrian Researcher Dr. Alaa Ahmed Shaheen won second rank in the Arab League award for Law and Judiciary, which is organized this year by the Mauritanian Ministry of Justice in cooperation with the Arab Center for Legal and Judicial Research in the Mauritanian capital, Nouakchott.

Dr. Shaheen won second rank in the private law category for her thesis entitled “Legal Protection of Intellectual Property in Television Series” during the second edition of the Arab League Award.

“Through this award, the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice seeks to encourage researchers in the Arab world to innovate and innovate, with the aim of raising the level of performance and service, and monitoring their legal practices and experiences in order to reach the frameworks and features of Arab law and judiciary.” The Mauritanian News Agency said.
