Two people martyred in Israeli enemy shelling a house in Tyre city, south of Lebanon

Beirut, SANA- Two people were martyred and several others were injured in an Israeli warplane bombing, on Sunday morning, a house in Jwaya town, southern Tyre city.

“The Israeli enemy continued brutal aggression on the villages of Tyre and Bint Jbeil districts in addition to targeting several towns over the night, in coincides with drone and warplanes hovering and firing light bombs over the villages of western and central areas, as well the outskirts of Litani River and sea coast”, Lebanese News Agency said in a statement.

The statement added that Israeli enemy opened fire Sunday at dawn with heavy machine guns targeting the towns of Aita al-Shaab, Ramia, Tayr Harfa and Qawzah, amid artillery shelling of Jabal al-Labouneh, noting that fate of two families consisting of 20 people is still unknown after targeting their house in Wati al-Khiam about a week ago.

Lebanese Health announced Saturday evening the death toll from Israeli aggression on Lebanon had risen to 2,968 martyrs and 13,319 wounded.
