Syrian-Iranian talks to boost cooperation for the comers from Lebanon

Tehran, SANA-Advisor to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran for International Affairs, Ali Akbar Velayati, discussed Monday with the Syrian Ambassador to Tehran, Shafiq Dayoub, cooperation between Syria and Iran concerning assistance for the comers from Lebanon and meeting their needs.

Velayati hailed the latest meeting of President Bashar al-Assad with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, describing it as “a very important meeting at this stage.”

Velayati affirmed that Iranian-Syrian relations are at their best levels and there is a serious will to develop these relations.
