Gold falls to lowest level over a week

Washington, SANA- Gold prices fell on Monday to their lowest level in more than a week.
Gold settled at $2,505.11 per ounce after recording its lowest level in the last 23 August session while US gold futures rose 0.4 percent to $2,537.30, Reuters reported

As for other precious metals, silver fell in spot transactions 0.7 percent to $28.64 per ounce, touching its lowest level in two weeks, while platinum rose almost 0.4 percent to $929.75 per ounce, and palladium rose 0.4 percent to$ 969.02 per ounce.
