Israeli enemy renews attacks on border towns in southern Lebanon

Beirut, SANA- The Israeli enemy has renewed its attacks on border villages and towns in southern Lebanon.

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that enemy forces targeted, on Tuesday at dawn, with machine guns, the vicinity of the towns of Aita al-Shaab and Naqoura.

Meanwhile, the Israeli reconnaissance aircraft hovered over the villages of the western and central sectors, reaching the outskirts of the city of Tire and above the course of the Litani River.

“Last night, enemy forces fired three shells on the outskirts of the town of Maroun al-Ras, while an enemy drone carried out an air attack, targeting a house on the outskirts of the town with a guided missile,” the Agency reported.

On Monday evening, the Israeli occupation forces also bombed with artillery the eastern outskirts of the town of Naqoura in the western sector.
