Damascus, SANA- The latest developments on the Palestinian area, especially in the Gaza Strip, were touched upon via phone call by the Foreign and Expatriates Minister, Fayssal Mikdad and his Iranian counterpart, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian.
The two points of view were identical on the achievements reached by the Palestinian resistance through its steadfastness and confrontation in front of the barbaric Israeli attacks against the innocent civilians in Gaza.
The two sides stressed that the sacrifices made by the resistance fighters in the Strip are received by the appreciation and respect of all peoples seeking freedom and ending hegemony and colonialism.
They condemned the hypocrisy practiced by the Western states, on top the US, which provide Israel with all possible support including weapons,funding, media in addition to the political pressure, referring that mobilizing their fleets unequivocally emphasizes the double standards and the absence of any humanitarian values those states pretend to have.
