UNRWA Commissioner-General: Need for humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza to ensure the flow of aid

Occupied Jerusalem, SANA- The Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini warned that the agency would not be able to complete its tasks without securing fuel to the Gaza Strip.

“The small number of trucks that entered the Gaza Strip will not make a difference. We must ensure a humanitarian ceasefire in order to guarantee the continuous flow of aid”, Lazzarini said during a press conference on Friday.
