Temperatures below average, showers expected in various regions

Damascus, SANA- temperatures continue to drop to become slightly below average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure from the southeastern in all layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the sky will be partly cloudy and rainy particularly over coastal and northeastern, central and some southern regions.

The wind will be western to southwesterly of low to moderate speed with active gusts, while the sea waves will be moderate in amplitude.

The expected temperature degrees in some main Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 28 / 17, Homs 27 / 17, Lattakia 29 / 20 and Aleppo 28 / 16.
