Temperatures above average, hot and misty weather in general

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will drop slightly while remaining above average from 3 to 6 degrees, as the country is affected by the Indian seasonal low air pressure accompanied by subtropical high air pressure.

Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be hot and clear in general with some scattered clouds over the coastal areas, as it will be hot and misty over southern, eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badia “semi desert” regions.

The winds will be westerly to southwesterly in most areas, while it will be westerly to northwesterly with a low to moderate in speed with some active gusts in the eastern regions, and he sea waves will be low in amplitude.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 37/17, Daraa 37/20, Homs 34/20, Hasaka 42/23, Tartous 31/22, Aleppo 36/18, Idleb 32/20, Deir Ezzor 41/22.
