Participants in the 32nd Arab National Conference call for breaking siege on Syria

Beirut, SANA-The 32nd session of the Arab National Conference kicked off in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, in the presence of 180 personalities from Arab countries, under the title “Jenin Session”, in appreciation of the heroic role that the city played and continues to play in the battle of confrontation with the Israeli occupation.

The participants in the conference affirmed their support for the restoration of relations between Syria and the Arab countries, the rejection of the American occupation of its lands, and the demand for breaking the Western siege on it, in addition to supporting the option of resistance in the region, and stressing the continuous stand by the Palestinian people and their just cause.

The Secretary-General of the conference, Hamdeen Sabahi, said that by choosing Jenin as the title of the conference, we choose to align ourselves with the ability of this nation and belong to its greatest resistance and adherence to its historical rights.

Sabahi added, “This nation is still able to inspire us with hope whose title is resistance.” He called on the Palestinian factions gathered in the Egyptian city of El Alamein to unite the Palestinian ranks.

He stressed standing by Syria in the face of the aggression and the siege on it, and said, “We are with Syria because we want it, to preserve its independence and Arab identity”.
