Four weak tremors recorded over past 24 hours-NEC

Damascus, SANA- The National Earthquake Center(NEC) announced that over the past 24 hours, four quakes were reported with a magnitude of less than 2.4 degrees on the Richter Scale.

The Center added in a statement that the one of the tremors was recorded 37 km northwest of Lattakia and the other was recorded 38 km northwest of the city.

A 1.7 magnitude quake was also reported in Liwa Iskenderun area and a 2.3 magnitude quake was reported in Turkey
