Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will continue to rise to become from 5 to 7 degrees above average, the Meteorological Department said, adding that the country is affected by the Indian seasonal superficial low air pressure, accompanied by a subtropical high air pressure in the upper parts of the atmosphere.
The weather will be very hot in general, misty and dusty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badia regions, the wind will be westerly to northwesterly with low to a moderate speed with some active gusts, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude, according to Thursday bulletin
The expected temperatures in some Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 39/24, Darra 39/22, Homs 38/22, Hasaka 43/27, Tartous 34/22, Idleb 38/23, Deir Ezzor 45/26.
