Two gold, one bronze medals for Syria at the Arab Sports Games of Algeria

Algiers, SANA-The Syrian gymnastics team won three medals, two gold and a bronze, at the 2023 Arab Sports Games of Algeria.

Laith Najjar obtained a gold medal in the general individual competition and Alexandra Maximova won the other gold medal in the women’s individual competition, while the bronze came in the men’s team competition.

The swimming team was able to win the silver medal in the 100×4 relay race, through swimmers Osama Trabelsi, Omar Abbas, Joanna Reese and Lynn Ayyash.
