Russian security arrests a Ukrainian intelligence agent

Moscow, SANA- The Russian Federal Security Service announced the arrest of a resident of the Primorye region on charges of espionage for the Ukrainian military intelligence.

“It was proven that a resident of Primorye, on the instructions of the Ukrainian Military Intelligence, collected and transmitted information about military infrastructure in the region, as it could be used against Russia’s security,” Sputnik quoted the Security Service as saying in a statement.

The statement indicated that the Investigation Department of the Russian Federal Security Service filed criminal charges against the suspect, under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of Russia, on charges of high treason.
