Interior Ministry: One officer martyred, 4 policemen injured in a car blast near Barzeh Police Station in Damascus

Damascus, SANA- An officer was martyred and 4 policemen were injured on Wednesday in a car explosion near Barzeh Police Station in Damascus.

The Interior Ministry said in a statement that officer Mohannad Fendi Jadallah, from staff of Damascus Police Command – Barzeh Police Station, was martyred in the explosion.

Earlier, the Ministry noted that a police vehicle exploded on Wednesday morning near Barzeh Police Station in Damascus, injuring an officer and four police members.
