12 tons of Russian food aid arrive in Lattakia

Lattakia, SANA- Russian forces operating at Hmeimim base distributed 12 tons of food aid to quake- affected people in Kafriya village, in Lattakia countryside.

“Aid provided by the Russian people to the Syrian people who suffered from the disaster of the earthquake,” Senior Lieutenant Yevgeny, Responsible for the distribution of humanitarian aid in the Russian coordination center stated.

The aid includes basic items that the family mainly needs, and will be distributed to 1,100 families.
