Abu Dhabi, SANA- Dr. Anwar Gargash, diplomatic advisor to the president of the United Arab Emirates, has welcomed the visit of Foreign and Expatriates Minister, Dr. Fayssal Mikdad, to Cairo, as this visit constitutes another positive step towards the return of Syria to playing its Arab role.
“The visit of Syrian Foreign Minister to the brotherly Egypt is an another positive step for returning Syria to take its role on the Arab level,” Gargash said in a tweet on Sunday.
He added that the consolidation of Arab dimension is being enhanced with every new step, and the UAE contributes to this good convergence.
