Terrorist attacks with two car bombs leave civilians dead in Damascus Countryside

Damascus Countryside, SANA- An identified number of civilians were killed and others were injured when two car bombs exploded separately in al-Naseriyya village and al-Dmeir town in Damascus Countryside.

According to local sources, a car bomb blast in al-Dmeir area in Damascus eastern countryside claimed several lives.

Meanwhile, a second car bomb exploded near al-Salam Mosque in al-Naseriyya village in east Qalamoun, leavings scores of civilians wounded, 24 of which were admitted at al-Qalamoun Hospital in al-Nabek city.

On a relevant note, terrorists fired a number of mortar shells on residential areas in Damascus city, causing material damage only.

A source at Damascus Police Command told SANA that the terrorists targeted al-Qasa’a area with a mortar shell that fell on the French Hospital and caused only material damage.

Another shell hit the area of Bab Touma, causing huge damage to a house there.
