Hamieh: Three Romanian planes loaded with aid for affected by earthquake in Syria to arrive in Beirut Airport

Beirut, SANA- Minister of Public Works and Transport in Lebanon’s caretaker governmentAli Hamieh, announced that Beirut International Airport will receive 3 Romanian planes carrying aid from the European Union for the assist the affected by the earthquake in Syria.

The Lebanese National News Agency quoted Hamieh as saying in a statement on Tuesday that Beirut airport prepares again to receive three Romanian planes carrying assistance from the EU to Syria via it in continuation to receiving humanitarian aid that were carried by planes coming from abroad.

The Lebanese minister renewed Lebanon’s commitment to open its airspaces and ports in front of all those willing to provide aid to Syria.
